Project Manager (Intellectual Property)

We invite a Project Manager, who will join a team working on internal and external products of various complexity. You will work for one of the world's leading and fastest-growing providers of Intellectual Property services.

Project description:

Join our project and you will get an opportunity to drive the evolution of a new product (the whole development process is being performed at our side). The system connects our client with its partners and their clients to manage their projects works. This is a new project for the industry, no other company has a system like this. The solution will also automate part of the manual work done in the company and bring transparency into business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overall project planning based on the predefined Charter; defining, estimating, and scheduling of project work to achieve the scope
  
• Managing, monitoring, and forecasting of project execution; successful execution and delivery of projects on-time and within the allocated budget
  
• Ensuring of internal and external customers management through effective communication at the level required by generally applicable business ethics standards
  
• Taking corrective actions as required to deliver the complete scope with the desired quality in time and within the budget (including scope change management, risk mitigation, etc.)
  
• Project Documentation Management
  
• Contributing to projects lifecycle improvement through lessons learned, project archives, etc.
  
• Preparation of new bids (technical and commercial proposals for new projects)
  
• Coordinating the team to work according to the priorities and business objectives
  
• Managing project risks and TEX status, providing weekly status reports
  
• Reviewing incoming requests from users to define their urgency and track tendencies 
  
• Reviewing the estimates given by the team where requested by users
  
• Helping the team to define requirements for improvements in the current applications, which would increase the efficiency of operations
  

Qualifications you must have to join us:

• At least 3-year experience in Project Management
  
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, experience in Agile
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience with an app that implies integrations and sync with various applications - web or server
  
• Experience of working with requirements, risk management
  
• Experience of communication with customers
  
• Experience with PM tools: progress tracking tools (burn down, EVA, MS Project), TFS, Jira, SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel
  
• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English
