Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a proactive Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer who will be dealing with challenging tasks in natural language processing, predictive analytics, and computer vision areas. Responsibilities:

• Research and data analysis, finding patterns in data, anomalies detection
• Models development, training, and improvement
• Building recommendation systems
• Active contribution to the projects in one of the following domain areas: Healthcare, Advertising, Documents Processing

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning/Data Science
• Understanding of Machine Learning techniques and algorithms: regression, decision trees, classification, cluster analysis, Bayes model, SVM, KNN
• Experience with common Data Science toolkits: numpy, pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, Tensorflow packages
• Experience with one of deep learning frameworks
• Experience with REST services and deployment processes
• Good scripting and programming skills
• Proficiency in Python

Will be a plus:

• C++, Java, or another back-end programming language
• Strong knowledge of mathematics and statistics

• Ability to learn quickly, due to the rapidly changing nature of Data Science
• Intellectual curiosity: ability to drill down a problem into a clear set of hypotheses that can be tested
• Ability to translate a problem from business language into a hypothesis, define how Data Science might help
