Warehouse Shift Lead

Our client is an international company, one of the world's leaders in agriculture, announces a competition for the vacant position of «Warehouse Shift Lead».

Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse activities in the site during his/her shift (including but not limited to receiving, pick/pack, loading, inventory count, admin);
• People management for the team of external vendor (e.g., trainings, reviews, coaching, etc.);
• Accountable for metrics in own area/ Logging and addressing issues, non-conformities, improvement requests (MPS driven);
• Set team objectives for the day/ Asses team and manage training for all team members/ Schedule team and assign workload for the day;
• Strong cooperation with the plant operations and logistics teams;
• Supervise and coach contingent labor;
• Maintain the warehouse related ISO work instructions and fill the required documents/records;
• Registration, follow up and order input materials;
• Supervision of all warehouse activities using the DDS methodology and dashboards.

Requirements:

• University degree;
• Experience in warehouse management;
• English - Upper Intermediate level;
• Excellent organizational skills.
