Senior Recruiter

Senior Recruiter role will be based in Mukachevo, Transcarpathia.

We are looking for a high qualified specialist who will take responsibility for a variety of recruitment activities ensuring efficient and effective organization's recruitment process.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do...

• Fill the assigned vacant positions by utilizing social media, job boards, referrals and exhaust all means of sourcing to find top talent
• Become a business partner for all the Hiring managers with whom you'll work with
• Organize and update the requisitions in our internal recruiting tool
• Will recruit mainly on the Ukrainian labor market, but also in other European countries in different occasions.

Here is some of what you'll need (required)...

• A minimum 3-year experience in recruiting and personnel selection activities, with focus on white collar positions
• English at an advanced level (writing and speaking)
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong sense of initiative and independent problem-solving
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
