Обовязки:

• Deploy/dispatch the right seafarers per standard and requirements of the Clients and the organization.
• Ensure that planned seafarers hold valid and complete mandatory and statutory Certificates, Documents and Licenses.
• Ensure that planned seafarers have undergone requisite value-added Training per Client’s Training Matrix.
• Conform to the standards, policies and procedures of the organization.
• Adhere to the Quality Management System.
• Conform to the effective implementation of Risk -Management System of the organization.
• Ensure that all records are kept secured and organized.

We are looking for a passionate Crewing Operator who will be responsible for planning, recruiting, and deploying various fleets in accordance with the requirements. This person will be working with Wilhelmsen Ship Management, a comprehensive global maritime group providing over half of the merchant fleet with essential products and services, along with supplying crew and technical management to the largest and most complex vessels ever to sail.

Has the ability to organize, plan and manage work assignments.

Team player, proactive, result-oriented, proper time-management.

Can work under pressure under minimal supervision.

Ability to relate with all people at all levels in the organization on both local and international settings.

Must have good English written and oral communication skills.
