Support Consultant (with Czech language)

Unicorn Systems is a renowned European IT company providing the largest information systems and solutions in the area of information and communication technologies. We have been focused on a high added value and a competitive advantage for our customers.

Now we are looking for a Business Support Consultant with Czech language.

Responsibilities:

• Business support of the educational application;
• Solving requests via e-mail, phone;
• Preparing instructions, how-tos for continuous improvement of usability of the application;
• Identifying hints/tips for the application’s future development.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education;
• Intermediate or higher level of Czech (must have!) language, both written and oral;
• Intermediate (or higher) level of English, both written and oral;
• An accomplished PC user - MS Office knowledge;
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills;
• Readiness to work firstly in Brno (the Czech Republic) for about 4-6 months.

Would be plus:

• Knowledge of the Slovak language;
• Any experience in the IT industry is a plus but not obligatory.
