.NET Developer

Unicorn Systems is a renowned European company providing the largest information systems and solutions in the area of information and communication technologies. We have been focused on high added value and competitive advantage for our customers. 

Now we are looking for a Junior and Middle .NET Developer for a full-time position in Kyiv, to join our internal development team which develops out-of-the-box product for enterprise customers in energy domain.

You will be responsible for implementation and enhancement of the backend part of the product and custom implementation and customization of this product for our customers, both in Europe and Ukraine.

As a .Net Developer, you will take part in developing the energy trading and risk management solution together with the other Developers, QAs and BAs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing the backend of the ETRM system;
• Integrating with existing and third-party systems;
• Cooperating with other development teams on the project;
• Managing complex dependencies;
• Ad-hoc development, as well as reviewing/improving code with colleagues;
• Identifying issues and taking initiative to suggest solutions;
• Delivering solutions under tight deadlines (sprints).

Technical skills:

• Net Framework / .Net CORE - intermediate;
• REST APIs - intermediate;
• NHibernate - intermediate;
• Dependency injection / IoC - basics;
• Basic design patterns knowledge (e.g. Singleton, ...);
• SQL.

Technical skills - desirable:

• Node.js - basics;
• Oracle - basics.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in .NET core web/API development;
• English level - Upper-Intermediate;
• Experience in developing complex enterprise solutions (desirable).

Soft skills are also important. We are looking for someone who will be:
