Automation Test Developer

You will work in an international team , which is involved in development and testing of a system that deals with financial transactions (Banking for Chinese market).

Project details:

·  Technologies - Java 8, Kotlin, Spring, MyBatis, Oracle DB, Liquibase, Hazelcast IMDG, Redis, Logstash, Camunda;

·  Project methodology - Agile.

Responsibilities:

·  Care about transformation of often repetitive test cases (smoke and regression) into automation scripts, but also of design patterns observance;

·  Daily routine contains care of scripts, data preparation, test case scenario revisions, setting up automation jobs for remote runs;

·  Communication with colleagues from several departments (product managers, functional testers, developers;

·  Revision of functional test scenarios;

·  Design and implement automation scripts;

·  Test data preparation;

·  Set up automation jobs for CI/CD;

·  Improvement of the test methodology;

·  Ensure design patterns and best practices.

Requirements:

·  English (written and spoken);

·  2-5 years of experience at the similar job role;

·  University degree in IT preferable;

·  Experience with Java, JUnit, JDBC, Spring, Maven;

·  IntelliJ IDEA;

·  Experience with SQL, PL/SQL;

·  Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver;

·  XPATH / CSS;

·  Page object pattern;

·  Experience with versions control tools (GIT);

·  Knowledge of markup language (XML);

·  Experience with CI/CD:  Jenkins (Hudson, TeamCity);

·  Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST);

·  Jira, Confluence;

·  Knowledge of Design patterns;

·  Knowledge of design and implementation of applications.

Would be a big plus:

·  Experience in banking domain;

·  Knowledge of finance area (consumer finance).
