Chief Marketing

Chief Marketing is a new and crucial role for Cotano because we're in need to build for A to Z the marketing culture. So, if you are the person who loves to start from scratch - please welcome!

You'll work cross-functionally to elucidate and communicate the value of Cotano to larger organizations across a variety of touchpoints. The work you do will directly impact important business metrics, including Enterprise buyer awareness and consideration, upsell effectiveness, and programmatic expansion.

What You'll Do:

• Strategy. Build a 360° customer acquisition strategy by combining digital brand awareness and performance marketing campaigns (mostly focus on ABM).

• Opportunity. Identify an opportunity to solve the most important and valuable problems by Cotano products, and have direct input into the product roadmap.

• Content. Contribute in creation of content for websites, presentations, blog posts, landing pages and any other marketing materials (case studies, valuable posts and other forms of social proof).

• Close. Support the outbound and sales enablement initiatives to accelerate our close rates with new customers. Basically, earn the revenue with all the team.

• Analytics. Build the end-to-end analytics platform to implement data driven culture following an A/B approach.

• Product. Lead competitive and market intelligence in partnership with Product Management.

What You'll Need:

• Proven execution. Experience developing ABM, content marketing and other B2B-relevant campaigns to win new customers.

• Product Partnership. Knows how to identify and bring to market products for which customers will pay big money.

• Sales Partnership. Knowledge of successful techniques that can help the sales team win enterprise customers.

• Tools. Hands-on experience with: Remarketing/Retargeting, SMM, PPC, copyrighting (you need to have posts that you can show). Experience with CRM software, like Hubspot, Salesforce would be a plus.

• Analytics. Strong analytical skills and passion for good creativity. Strong in Google Analytics. Mixpanel and similar tools would be a bold plus.

• Management. Excellent organisational & communication skills, and strong ability to multitask with a clear delivery.

• English. Strong written English.
