Требования: 

• Strong leadership skills
• Experience of delivering projects in a client-vendor relationship
• Communication, coaching and mentoring skills
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master
• You should understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition
• Excellent understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
• Excellent time management, decision making and organizational skills and be able to work well with others as part of a team on all levels
• English Upper-intermediate level or higher both verbal and written

Будет плюсом

• Scrum master certification
  
• Project Management experience
• Background in kanban environment

Обязанности: 

• Creates a working environment based on values and principles from the Scrum framework
• Ensures SCRUM is well understood and enacted by Teams
• Protects the team from outside interference and distractions
• Encourages cross-team collaboration where necessary
• Leading of SCRUM teams
• Drive and moderate SCRUM ceremonies
• Encourages teams to take responsibility for the commitments they have made
• Helps to identify & resolve team impediments and plan interdependencies
• Contribute to the refinement and constant improvement of the tools and processes
• Supports the Team and Product Owner to collaborate to elaborate and prioritize the Team Backlog
• Acts as coach/mentor for Scrum team
