Required Skills: 

• Advanced/Fluent English for seamless day-to-day communication with clients via email, chats, and phone.

• Previous experience of work with CRM Systems (Salesforce, Hubspot)

• Knowledge of business etiquette, ability to conduct business correspondence, resulting in satisfaction of the client and achievement of business goals

• Patience and flexibility, while working as an affiliate manager you might encounter different situations connected to human factor and must be ready to resolve issues in a quick and elegant way

• Experience of work as an affiliate or customer support manager/experience in payment operations or sales will be considered an advantage.

• Experience and interest in the financial industry will be considered a huge advantage.

What you will be doing:

You are to take care of the affiliate base, nourish it and expand. Some of the daily tasks will be as follows:

• Manage a business with a number of promotional partners - affiliates.

• Conduct the onboarding process of new affiliates, including the set up of appropriate affiliate entities within internal systems, introducing them to key concepts of the affiliate program and establishing a conversation for a fruitful, longterm partnership.

• Having daily conversations with affiliates in order to identify their needs and opportunities based on their personality and business model. 

• Development of a personal roadmap for each individual affiliate that will allow him to show a stable business performance.

• Daily support and assistance to affiliates. Identification of issues, quick and timely responses to incoming inquiries. Utilizing internal systems and human resources in order to ensure a rapid and effective solution to any problems that might occur.

• Payment Processing - analysis and systematization of financial data, cooperation with adjacent departments to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement of affiliate compensation.
