Chief Technology Officer

Cybercube Business Group Ltd is an online gaming platform for fans of competitive computer games. We are entering the international market and are planning to attract more than 1 million gamers by 2021.

We are looking for a talented Chief technology officer.

Must have/be:

• CTO experience 2+ years (or team/tech lead)
• Experience in managing a team of 10+ people 2+ years
• Upper-intermediate English
• Ability to lead and motivate a team

Technologies' stack:

• Single page web applications (Angular)
• .NET server backend
• SQL and no-SQL databases
• Microservices
• Cloud services

Methodologies:

• Agile
• TDD

Main responsibilities:

• Definition of common technical development strategies
• Making global technical decisions
• The choice of technologies that will be used in a project
• Technology assessment in terms of financial and time costs
• Evaluation of the duration and complexity of the project
• Planning and building development processes
• Distribution of tasks between team
• Track project progress
• Ensuring the pace and quality of development at the highest level
• Expert suggestions for architecture or specific technical solutions
• Code Reviews, Refactoring
• Technical risk management
• Technical interviews with new employees
• Assessment of employee productivity and decision on their salary level
