We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our growing development team.
Responsibilities:
- Track and update internal sick leave and vacation policies
- Maintaining internal staff records and databases, making sure they are always up to date
- Ensuring all the information in internal records is accurate and updated on time
- Being in charge of insurance policies and processes
- Assisting in organizing online and offline events for the team
- Assisting HR Department upon request
- Covering administrative tasks in different teams’ locations
- Cooperating with varying departments upon need
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative experience (as an Office Manager/Administrative Manager/HR Assistant)
- Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
- Problem-solving attitude
- Confident level of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Decent spoken and written English level (ideally Upper-Intermediate or higher)
