FluentPro Group is a group of product development companies, and we are looking for Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team.We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in SaaS product marketing to lead and scale marketing initiatives for several product lines.

FluentPro group has 3 SaaS product lines in the Project Portfolio Management and Product Management space, and currently, we have two marketing teams operating independently.Our customers are B2B mid-market / upper SMB / enterprise segments.

The ideal candidate will provide general management and oversight of all product lines and marketing teams but will focus primarily on scaling our high-potential product with 100+ paying customers with established product-market-fit.

 We are looking for a leader who can establish a framework, team, and processes to scale from the current high two-digit growth rate to the three-digit annual growth rate.

This is what our perfect candidate looks like:

  • Strong Leadership skills, ability to work and lead Independently
  • Experience scaling marketing for 1M+ ARR products
  • Experience leading and growing teams of 10+
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing strategy
  • Data Driven, Goal-focused approach
  • Strong experience in B2B product marketing (mid-market, upper SMB, enterprise)
  • Understanding marketing for B2B customers
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers
  • Experience building partner/reseller network
  • Experience scaling MAU, ARPU while controlling CPA / CAC
  • Excellent conversational English

  • Review & redefine marketing strategy
  • Lead, coach and grow as needed two marketing teams
  • Establish scalable processes to enable and support consistent growth
  • Implement measurable, data-driven and metric-driven processes
  • Set priorities, goals, manage execution of marketing initiatives
  • Build and Optimize Marketing & Sales Funnel
  • Implement Omnichannel marketing
  • Manage and Improve conversion rates and CAC
  • Grow Partnership Program and partner channel
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product and CSM teams
