Junior Marketing Specialist

FluentPro Software is a leader in migration, governance, administration, business intelligence, and integration software for companies that use Microsoft Project Portfolio Management solutions.  We empower PMOs, Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, and PPM Administrators to maximize the productivity of the platform. Over 500 customers are trusting our software, the majority of them are multinational enterprises, with many from Fortune 500.

Now we are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This is how our perfect candidate's profile looks like:

• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
• Graduated in Marketing, Management, Economy or related discipline
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
• 6+ month experience as a Junior Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Basic understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.)
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication (both verbal and writing) skills
• Strong self-organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting marketing researches to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
• Participate in marketing campaigns creation
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities
• Liaise with external vendors to execute marketing department tasks
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Participate in marketing lead generation programs execution
• Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
