It's a 3,5-month, fast-track development programme for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals!

During the training period, you will:

• Acquainted with work in a high-tech company leader in the global cell-phones market.
• Participate in advertising, promotion, selling a product of excellent quality and also participate in business administration
• You will practice your Chinese every day with native speakers
• Try yourself in different departments of the company, identify your strengths. Support Marketing, Sales, Training processes, assist with the launch of new product categories will be your main responsibility
• Ultimately, it will set you up for a successful career ahead - the chance to progress from graduate to junior manager in 3,5 months

Training schedule:

The training period is 3.5 months and will be held under the guidance of the best Ukrainian and foreign mentors. The main areas of study are marketing, business administration, sales, other.

1 Stage. 4 days - get acquainted with corporate culture, team integration, company's structure

2 Stage. 1 week - participation in the researching of the telecommunications market, products studying, consumers, target audience

3 Stage. 9 weeks - training in different departments: marketing - sales - training - administration and other positions, determining the most interesting area for development

The whole training period is paid according to corporate standards and time worked

A part-time job is possible

Qualifications:

• Graduates of 2019 of any speciality
• Chinese level (HSK 3, 4, 5, 6)
• Availability during work hours
• Solid knowledge of Excel
• Commitment - attention to details
• Good leadership skills
