Ballet teacher

Responsibilities:

• Teaching students from 3-4 years old (pre-ballet) and 5 years old and above classical ballet;
• Motivate and encourage students to enjoy ballet classes;
• Preparing the Students to participate in School events;
• Participating in the School Concerts and other events such as meetings, parent's information days, school productions and promotional events;
• Participating in Camp activities (Summer, Winter, Spring).

The ideal candidate:

• Is a friendly person with motivation and the ability to deliver knowledge, self-development and educational skills to students;
• Can teach modern contemporary and another dance as well;
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork in international environment;
• Has a strong passion and love to teach kids;
• Has a desire to put a smile on students' faces;
• Continuously assess students' ability and provide feedback on progress;
• Act as a communication channel between students, their parents and management and build positive and trust-based relationships with everyone.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree;
• 5+ years' relevant teaching experience;
• With written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Highly organized person;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse community.
