Regional manager

Responsibilities:

1.Training planning and implementation

2. Plan and organize training in region of new products according to the unified rhythm of national new products launch.

3. Classroom, in-store, online trainings for internal and external members

4. Acceptance of training quality results

5.Achievement of periodic training objectives and acceptance of salesmen

6. Built excellent relations and long-term partnership with partners in region

7.Carry out the corresponding training in an orderly manner according to the company’s strategy and rhythm

8. Coordinate and enhance sales and marketing cooperation with regional partners and distributors

9. Increase the sell-in and sell-out of regional retailers

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, Excellent knowledge of English is a must!

Science and engineering and marketing majors are preferred.

2.Relevant experience in the communication industry is preferred

3.With good mobile phone expertise and skills of training sales

4.Familiar with the operation and business process of mobile phone retail enterprises,and understand the development of mobile phone industry and the dynamics of competing products

5.With good skills in training management, with strong team management, coordination and organizational skills

6.Have a high sense of responsibility, initiative and tenacity; have a certain sense of innovation and innovation
