Yellow Stone is looking for Information Financial Assistant!

Yellow Stone is an IT product company that develops effective solutions and tools to promote and support business in the gaming industry.

The company's product is a technological platform for business solutions, built on a modular architecture, which allows us to create new and maintain existing B2B products of our customers with minimal time and resources.

Key function: support to the Financial Controller responsible for foreign legal entities (non-residents) and to the CFO (treasury function).

Main responsibilities:

• source documents preparation: invoices, acts of acceptance etc.
• managing banks' requests for non-residents payments: AML, accounts limits etc.
• preparation of documents required for opening new bank accounts for non-residents: KYC, customer questionnaires, application forms etc.
• non-residents source documents accounting, monthly closure, support to Financial Controller during audit engagements
• payments execution controlling
• other ad-hoc task as per request

Requirements:

• good writing English
• basic understanding of finance
• high level accuracy and responsibility

• readiness to lead routine processes
