Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, negotiating, amending agreements and other legal documents (license, service agreements, NDAs, contracts with partners, contractors, etc.);
• Analysis of legislation of various jurisdictions (EU, USA) covering data protection, taxation, licensing matters, registration international company etc.;
• Legal research on various legal matters (international corporate company structure and procedure of registration international company, taxation, etc.);
• Intellectual property protection (legal research in EU/USA intellectual property law);
• Trademarks registration in USA, Ukraine and EU;
• Legal support to company's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) implementation (DPA agreements drafting, policies drafting and updating, etc.);
• Legal support for Ukrainian legal entities.

We need:

• 2+ years of experience;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to work in a team and to manage multiple engagements;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• English - upper-intermediate.
  
• Preferable experience in all of the following areas: corporate, commercial, tax and labor law;
