Business Analyst/Process Engineer for Transformation Office (IRC154476)

GlobalLogic is inviting an experienced Business Analyst/Process Engineer for Transformation Office to join our team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in business analysis/process engineering 

• 3+ years of process documentation development

• 1+ years of coordination/project management experience – in an IT company preferably 

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably related to the field or equivalent work experience

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Able to absorb new concepts quickly

• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with a high level of autonomy

• Team player with unwavering integrity, positive attitude and passion for the opportunity

• English – advanced (must)

Responsibilities:

• Business processes development: interviewing and buy-in from stakeholders, process flow capturing, process KPIs identification, analyze business benefits and/or operational efficiencies.

• Produce project documentation including business requirements, presentations for different audiences, and training materials.

• Current business processes audit: identify gaps and improvements proposal.

• Collaboration and alignment with functional teams, defining the roadmap, prioritizing improvements and enhancement requests.

• Provide business analysis support for the workforce management team.

• Maintain Company process library and content management.
