Receptionist (IRC101895)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Receptionist to join its Lviv office.

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The receptionist's duties include offering administrative support across the organization. The receptionist also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.

Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. You will have the opportunity to be part of a strong and friendly ES team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of and skills in using MS Office applications sufficient to perform file operations
• Create and edit documents and spreadsheets
• Create and do plan tasks
• Knowledge of English sufficient to read and understand documents and take and correctly forward a call
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Make arrangements for mailing packages and outgoing correspondence
• Deal with various office and operational tasks at the request of Management.
