Product Owner / Business Analyst (IRC102333)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Product Owner / Business Analyst to join its Kharkiv office.

The client is a growing Swiss company founded in 2014 by three highly experienced key opinion leaders in their field (Oncology, Healthcare Policy, Pharmaceutical Industry, Healthcare Insurance Industry). The founders are involved in product and business development and are dedicated to make the product? a leading platform in Europe for PROs, bringing benefits to patients and treatment centers.

The product is an electronic Patient Reported Outcomes SaaS system which includes the CE-marked MDD Class I medical device, Pro Care. Pro Care improves the symptoms progression monitoring for cancer patients, as well as the monitoring of their wellbeing. Pro Care facilitates the patient-doctor communication, especially in the outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Experience writing and reviewing business, technical, and user non-functional/system level requirements
• Good communication skill for client interaction
• Good basic mathematics, reasoning, and interpretation skills
• Experience in reporting and data analysis
• Sound domain knowledge in US Healthcare or Medical Device Development is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions
• Collaborate with resources to ensure all system design requirements adequately reflect the defined business processes and fully support all components of the functional business requirements
• Research complex issues and collaborate with engineering teams to determine effective resolutions
• Perform updates and ongoing maintenance to client workflow configurations based on client needs and requirements
• Participate in identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements, such as automating manual processes that minimize errors and promote scalability
• Experience working in different ticketing systems like JIRA, Azure DevOps etc. (Creating backlogs, creating EPIC/User stories, maintaining the board etc.)
