Scrum Master, Project Manager (IRC96080)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Scrum Master, Project Manager to join its Kharkiv office.

The client is a consumer-focused health insurance and technology company that knows healthcare can be complicated and confusing - they want to change all that. The client takes care of the complicated stuff, so you can think about getting and staying healthy, instead of worrying about managing your healthcare. Our client is now looking for an Engineering partner to ingest pre- and post- adjudicated claims into a single standard model, with complete traceability and the ability to tie the claims financially. The intent is that the project will be run as a separate independent thread by a partner, with product management, architectural and software engineering oversight, and review but generally partner managed. 

Requirements

• US Healthcare Experience (Mandatory)
• Expertise in US Health Insurance Claims Processing (Good to Have)
• Knowledge of Medical Claims / Pharmacy Claims process (Good to Have)
• Knowledge of Workflows for billing (Good to Have)
• Have experience of managing multiple scrum team which includes client teams also
• Have experience of working on one/many Azure Platform :
• Azure Data Factory (PaaS), Azure Blob Storage, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server, Integration Services, Advanced SQL
• Have a clear understanding of Azure DevOps, or have driven scrum teams which has been using Azure DevOps
• Is well versed with the latest cloud technologies and best-practices

Responsibilities

• Manage GlobalLogic Scrum Team. Scrum Team will be virtual across time-zones. 
• Drive Stand-Ups, manage resources within and outside GlobalLogic. 
• Manages Sprint Backlog 
• Defined Release Plan (with Infrastructure and Dev team's input)
• Identify and manage risks/issues
• Have an understanding of Medical domain which interacting with the PO team both within and outside GlobalLogic team
• Work closely with GlobalLogic Program Manager on a day-to-day basis to manage the project/program effectively
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Manage Dependencies
