Team Lead for Product Support Team (IRC91261)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Team Lead for Product Support Team to join its Kyiv office.

The Product is a situation management software platform that enables situation planning, response, and analysis for the security, safety and emergency markets. By integrating and correlating information from multiple and diverse systems across the organization and coordinating response actions, the Product ensures that everyone in the operational chain knows what is happening and what to do. The team designs, implements, and deploys gateways between the Product and 3rd party systems like access control, fire security, video surveillance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as Support Team Leader
• experience with networks and related technologies
• experience with the support of Windows operating systems on admin level
• experience with the support of networking environment
• have experience with tcpdump and wireshark
• know OSI model with a detailed description of each layer
• have DHCP understanding (messaging, relays, optional fields)

Experience in customer support/product support activities:

• good written and spoken English and German (chat, email, SalesForce)
• deep cooperation with R&D department
• stong troubleshooting skills
• team-player
• service-orientation

Would be a plus

• Experience with  Jira / Confluence
• Black-Box testing
• KnowledgeExperience in BashShell.

• Ensuring that SLA's are met and are relevant to the current workload/release.
