    GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Junior-to-Middle Support Engineer to join its Kyiv office.

    The Customer is a fabless semiconductor company devoted to vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications for manned and autonomous vehicles. The company headquarters are in Israel with offices in North America, Germany, France, China, Japan, and Korea.

    The Company's market-first 2nd generation chipsets deliver the highest performance and reliability and are deployed in numerous exciting connectivity and autonomous-driving projects driven by OEMs and Tier1s worldwide. The Customer is the only company providing a global V2X solution compatible with any V2X technology while adhering to stringiest security, functional safety, and reliability automotive requirements.

    Compliance with international and national standards and interoperability with a wide variety of devices, protocols, and applications have been demonstrated in multiple events and labs. The Company's advanced technology, to be mass deployed in the coming years, complements the information coming from other sensors, specifically in non-line-of-sight scenarios, rough weather or poor lighting conditions.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering

    • >3 years of developer experience in embedded C

    • Hands-on experience investigating complicated SW/HW/System issues

    • Fluent written English


    • >3 years as FAE/Customer Support, preferably in wireless/semiconductor/automotive industries
    • Willingness to travel abroad (US-EU-APAC)
    • Experience in HW design and troubleshooting 
    • Experience in the Automotive industry
    • Experience working with customers in APAC (Japan, Korea, China) 


    • Provide technical support to customers (remotely and on-site)
    • Owning issues reported by the customer until resolution
    • Hands-on troubleshooting of SW and System issues
    • Preparing failure analysis reports and clearly communicating them to the customer
    • Report to Customer Support Team Leader
