UX Designer for Telecom Project (IRC74801)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a UX Designer for Telecom Project to join its Kyiv office.

Requirements

Interaction designer (UX) primary role:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Interaction designer, information Architect or similar role
• Excellent prototyping skills with Axure (or similar) and Adobe Creative Suite
• Cross-platform design experience
• A strong portfolio of recent work demonstrating skills and experience.
• A degree in HCI, Interaction Design or related field

User Researcher secondary role:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a visual designer
• Excellent prototyping skills with Axure (or similar) and Adobe Creative Suite
• A strong portfolio of recent work demonstrating skills and experience.
• A degree in HCI or Visual/Graphic Design or related field

Responsibilities

Interaction designer (UX) primary role:

• Designs, prototypes, and documents - based on the selected stories and on the conducted user research - software solutions that meet the need of the user and business, in a compelling and intuitive way
• Delivers site maps, user flows, wireframes and clickable prototypes with guidelines and detailed interaction specifications
• Articulates the UX requirements to the development team so that they can implement the correct solution
• Evangelizes design proposals to diverse audiences through clear documents and oral presentations, and demonstrate thought leadership in his/her interactions with the product design/development/management teams and customers

User Researcher secondary role:

• Ensures that concepts and product designs satisfy user needs and goals through research and the synthesis of information
• Has a solid understanding of user experience research methodologies and lead and manage UX research activities such as field studies, benchmark studies, competitive analysis, surveys, focus groups, remote usability testing, and quantitative evaluations
• Has the ability to synthesize data, prioritize, come up with actionable recommendations and communicate your findings to stakeholders
• Is a constant advocate for the role of research and information analysis in the development process
• Evangelizes research findings to diverse audiences through clear written reports and oral presentations, and demonstrate thought leadership in his/her interactions with the product design/development/management teams and customers
