UA Native HR Manager - remote, full time

Do you love working with people and have experience in the Human Resources department?

We are a Dutch eCommerce Company and we are looking to grow our workforce by hiring an HR manager. We're owning multiple global brands and launching new brands on a consistent basis.

We are a small team so you would be given responsibility and a broad range of tasks from day one. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your skill sets therefore your responsibility won't solely be in the Human Resources department.

Being well organised and reliable is very important, as well as being fluent in English.

Work is completely online and location independent.

Key duties:

• Oversee our recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes;

• Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures;

• Make sure they are up to speed with their day to day responsibilities and convey the company standards + mission;

• Maintain overall cohesion within the company;

• Weekly calls with each department;

Requirements;

• 40h/week+ (40h/week preferred);

• Able to use Slack/Discord, Skype video calls, Trello and GoogleDrive;

• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets;

• Hiring experience;

• Communicate regularly;

• Fluent in English;

• You need to have a Laptop/Computer with a stable internet connection;

• University degree is a bonus
