Telovox is a joint Ukrainian-American project that was created to provide services in the foreign market. The main activity of the company is the provision of outsourcing services to customers from the United States.

VOIP Support Engineer

Main goals:

• 
  timely processing of requests from clients and prioritization of problems (2 line);
• work with the telephone (connecting and configuring new trunks, reading logs, configuring);
• providing technical support to company customers (remotely).

Requirements:

• ??proficiency in English (upper-intermediate / advanced);
• knowledge of IP telephone/ VOIP ;
• experience with FreePBX, Asterisk, Linux (more than 3 years);
• confident PC user;
• experience with remote access to the network (VPN);
• experience with Data Base will be an advantage;
• knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of building a network (routing, local and virtual networks);
• installation and configuration skills of client application software;
• independent search and troubleshooting skills, the ability to fix breakdowns;
• independence in work;
• desire to learn and improve skills.

We offer:

• 
  salary level from 20,000 UAH. (in more salary detail will be discussed at the interview, taking into account the experience and skills of the candidate);
• stable payment of wages 2 times a month;

• working hours according to American time, 8 hours a working day, from 17:00-1:00, 5/2 (Saturday Sunday - weekends), as well as holidays in the USA;
