Infopulse welcomes talented professionals to join our project as MS Windows System Administrator (L2 Support).
Areas of Responsibility
- Software and hardware problems diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Communication with customers
- Identification of solutions / workarounds to resolve the issues as quickly as possible
- Managing support both with or without remote access
- Defining the root cause of the issue
- Operational tickets investigation/ resolution
- Escalation to / collaboration of unresolved issues with internal teams
- Providing client education, if necessary, because of knowledge gaps in products / business usage
- Working hours: 07:00—23:00 UA, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in MS Windows system administration
- Hands-on knowledge of Office 365 administration
- Strong knowledge of administration and configuration of Windows servers
- Strong understanding of backup and monitoring solutions
- Good knowledge of server platforms and server administration
- Experience in working with Azure or AWS is a plus
- Knowledge of MS SQL is a plus
- Knowledge of Linux and/or knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Intermediate written and spoken English
- Service oriented professional attitude
