Junior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project as a Junior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

Areas of Responsibility

• Consulting clients in the international market on how to implement SAP SuccessFactors within their business in the best way
• Analyzing existing client processes and creating optimized or enhanced solutions for SAP SuccessFactors
• Providing creative and analytical problem solving
• Customizing and optimizing business processes
• Deep system knowledge to make the process and system changes, including configuration, permissions, etc.
• Supporting integrator implementation projects
• Conducting knowledge transfer and training end-users, including sharing best practices: conducting webinars, creating and updating training materials and instructions, еtс.

Qualifications

• Higher education in business, computer science, math, engineering, or equivalent disciplines is required
• Profound knowledge of MS Office
• Interest in Digital HR — an industry at the intersection of HR and IT
• Work experience in IT/HR solutions and using HR processes is an asset
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or above
• Familiarity with XML is an advantage, with the ability to become proficient quickly
