Network Engineer

Key requirements:

• Experience as a Network Engineer 3+ years
• English level - upper intermediate
• Deep understanding of Firewall- Management, IP- Management, Firewall- Management, Network Consulting and QM
• Good understanding and experience with wireless networks operation.
• Experience with routers configuration and protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring and management systems.
• Service oriented professional attitude.

Key responsibilities

WAN-Order Management

• Prepare WAN HeatMaps and Usage Reports for base line and planning
• Project specific: o Provider Order Preparation o Order Preparation o WAN order application ? Alignment + Preparation o Order Monitoring

IP- Management

• IP-Band / VLAN / VRF: • DESIGN IP-Architecture for Carve Out / Merger
• Register Bands in application
• CO/Merger project execution: o Monitor IP-Band MIGRATION o Troubleshoot in migration meetings

Firewall- Management

• FW-Requests: o Prepare FW-Requests o Operations + Projects
• Monitor FW-Ruleset implementation
• FW-Monitoring: o Report on FW-Traffic/Top Talkers
• Troubleshoot FW issues

Network Consulting and QM

• Migration preparation / location based concept creation
• Technical verification
• Migration meeting participation
• Troubleshooting / HyperCare
• Documentation
• Process definition WIFI
• Clean up

Key challenges

• Preparation of network changes
• Support during the network changes
• Analysis of CMO and Support during the transition to FMO Root cause analysis
