Telecom Market Manager (VAS)

Areas of Responsibility

• Implement inbound number ranges (fixed, mobile) and other data from regulators, fixed and mobile network operators within and outside Europe
• Negotiate and manage carrier service agreements, contracts, regular pricing updates for a defined region
• Coordinate regulated IP inter-connections with carriers (incumbent operators, fixed and mobile operators) for a defined region
• Establish and manage service capabilities for the number ranges (Local Number Portability, Directory Services, Legal Intercept, Emergency Services) for a defined region
• Interact with legal, finance and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth service implementation
• Provide support to other departments for any requests related to carriers in order to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics/Engineering or any other relevant degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English, additional languages will be an advantage (Dutch, French are preferred)
• Technical knowledge of service implementation
