IT recruiter

Infopulse welcomes talented professionals to join our team and to work as an IT Recruiter in our Kyiv office. As an IT Recruiter you will carry out full-cycle recruitment services for various technical and non-technical positions.

Areas of Responsibility

• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media etc.
• Maintain ATS and other internal recruitment resources
• Conduct HR interviews using various selection tools/methods
• Assess applicants' knowledge, soft skills and professional background
• Provide well documented analytical reports based on the conducted interviews
• Consult and manage customers' expectations according to an ongoing search
• Act as a single point of contact both for a hiring manager and a candidate

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree
• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house, agency)
• Good understanding and overview of the IT market and its trends
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment process will be an asset
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes and procedures
• Solid ability to conduct different types of HR interviews
• Excellent team spirit and strong customer focus
• Good command of spoken and written English.
