Junior Education&Adaptation Manager

Infopulse welcomes talented professionals to join our team as a Junior Education&Adaptation Manager in our Kyiv office.

 Areas of Responsibility:

Providing support in terms of different types of training activities for specialists (external trainings, participation in conferences, mentoring programs, certifications, foreign language courses, etc.);

Organizing internal educational events (group trainings, lectures, meetups, webinars);

Supporting and monitoring the process of planning and execution of education budget in the company;

Managing the content of internal Education web-site and Telegram channel.

Backup function:

Tending to  newcomers adaptation (coordinating preparation activities; accompanying newcomers during their first day - providing tours of facilities, presenting the company, etc.; following up newcomers' e-learning path)

Monitoring training and adaptation processes feedback, analyzing plan and budget execution.

Qualifications:

Understanding of HR-IT specifics

English: Intermediate or above

Fluent Ukrainian and Russian is a must

MS/BS university degree
