Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project as a Service Desk Specialist in our Kyiv office.
Areas of Responsibility
- Provide first line support activities for email/skype/phone requests
- Specify and implement improvements in the internal service desk services
- Communicate with customers in order to guarantee customer complaints resolution according to SLA
- Create and/or correct knowledge base articles such as "How to", "FAQ" and other.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in the service desk department will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot etc.), CRM systems, data dependencies in master lists and metadata process work flow, principles of service desk department in a big company
- Knowledge of KPIs, analysis of statistics and reports
- Good written and spoken English.
