Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project and to work as a Junior Service Desk Specialist in our Zhytomyr office.
Areas of Responsibility
- Answering and Calling to customers/users
- Creation & assignment of a trouble ticket upon user request
- Establish the first repair of the incident when applicable
- User Account management in AD
- Call out to the 2nd line support team if need
- Dedicated follow-up of tickets and related incidents
- Internal dispatching
- Advisory requests processing
- Basic troubleshooting and reporting
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), ITSM tools
- Common understanding of Windows family product
- Common knowledge in AD, LAN/WAN design and administration
- Knowledge of KPIs, analysis of statistics and reports
- Pre intermediate level of English
- 1+ year of experience in the service desk department will be an advantage.
