Junior Service Desk Specialist

Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project and to work as a Junior Service Desk Specialist in our Zhytomyr office.

Areas of Responsibility

• Answering and Calling to customers/users
• Creation & assignment of a trouble ticket upon user request
• Establish the first repair of the incident when applicable
• User Account management in AD
• Call out to the 2nd line support team if need
• Dedicated follow-up of tickets and related incidents
• Internal dispatching
• Advisory requests processing
• Basic troubleshooting and reporting

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), ITSM tools
• Common understanding of Windows family product
• Common knowledge in AD, LAN/WAN design and administration
• Knowledge of KPIs, analysis of statistics and reports
• Pre intermediate level of English
• 1+ year of experience in the service desk department will be an advantage.
