 The only constant is change. As part of this change, we are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Direct Sales & Marketing Team in Ukraine. You will Manage Konica Minolta's Marketo Marketing Automation platform to support the delivery of leads generation campaigns and marketing excellence inline with Business Unit sales plans. 


 Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales team to develop and execute overall cold and warm outreach strategies by audience and segment 
  • Collaboratively create campaigns and sequences that effectively utilise the cold and marketing databases 
  • Own the email campaign plan and schedule 
  • Lead the adoption of lead nurturing programs 
  • Implement Marketing Automation-CRM system integration with the support of the IT teams 
  • Maintain the quality, performance, integrity, and security of the CRM marketing database 
  • Ensure Marketing-CRM records are maintained, up-to-date and processed in line with current data (GDPR) standards 
  • Manage all aspects of Marketing-CRM data acquisition, upload, cleansing, validation, and reporting 
  • Ensure marketing team adheres to database policies, practices, and protection regulations 
  • Maintain systems documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions 
  • Establish KPI's and track campaign performance 
  • Generate regular reports of lead status at each stage of the funnel 
  • Be the internal evangelist and expert for cold outreach and social selling and encourage "best practice" 


Requirements  

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in email marketing or lead generation, ideally in a B2B environment 
  • Strong experience using any email marketing platform 
  • Excellent project management skills 
  • Data-minded and results-focused with experience in measuring impact 
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining an accurate customer and prospect database, merging and deducing acquired data and strategically analysing data 
  • Has a problem-solving attitude and is used to working to tight deadlines 
  • A pro-active individual who is highly collaborative and able to work with stakeholders of all levels 
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal 
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn automation tools will be an advantage
