IT Business Analyst

 We are looking for a goal-oriented Business Analyst who will strengthen the IT B2B Project development team. We need you to have experience in IT Business Analytics and to know systems (CRM, ERP, BPM etc) to be used in corporate segment and somehow connected with content/document flow. If you have experience in low-code programming and have skills of communication, presentation and story-telling, it will be a big plus.

Main responsibilities

• Identification of business needs and requirements
• Detail each requirement in the form of specifications
• Description of business processes
• Formulate a solution concept
• Process the concept into terms of reference with specific requirements for the future solution
• Organization of PoC and MVP creation management
• Filling the project’s backlog with implementation tasks
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Tech, Math or IT
• 3+ years in IT Solutions area
• Business process modelling (BPMN 2.0)
• Project management (Jira, Trello, MS Teams)
• Understanding of CRM, ERP, BPM, Document flow, Digital storage, Intranet, Microsoft 365, MS Azure 
• Perfect presentation and story-telling skills
• Fluent in Ukrainian, Intermediate or above level in English
