Accountant

WellDoneGames is a consulting company working in game development and entertainment domain. We contribute to many top notch projects as well as released own title that was nominated as Best AR project by Apple.

One of our clients is establishing a new office in Kyiv and looking for Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial and tax and accounting in accordance with Ukrainian standards;
• The allocation of VAT on taxable and non-taxable operations;
• Calculation and payment of wages of employees;
• Maintaining personnel documentation for employees, vacation schedules, hiring, dismissal, etc.
• Payment of compensation to subcontractors (Individual Entrepreneurs) from foreign and Ukrainian - companies; 
• Maintaining internal accounting of payments for Individual Entrepreneurs;
• Plan and manage cash flows and manage budgeting company expenses;
• Cooperate with controlling authorities;
• Coordinate the work of external accountants managing foreign LLCs;
• Control all banking operations:
• Checking contracts with customers using a checklist;
• Preparation and submission of reports;
• Develop and implement business processes and accounting policies to support and strengthen internal controls;
• Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field;
• One year or more of experience in accounting of accounts payable;
• Experience in IT company and with Private Entrepreneurs;
• Proficiency with accounting software;
• Ability to influence and persuade;
• Excellent time management and organizational ability;
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude;
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information;
• English level: intermediate.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Retail or HoReCa 
• Experience with payment systems such as TransferWise, CardPay, Paysera, etc.
