Technical Support Engineer (English speaking)

Job responsibilities:

• Providing L1-L3 technical support to users and partners via email, web conferencing, and the phone
  
• Analyzing, clarifying, and resolving customer queries
  
• Collaboration with other teams
  
• Research and construction of custom environments with specific software and hardware parts
  

Required:

• Fluent English (both spoken and written) and the ability to communicate effectively in English via both phone and e-mail are a must.
  
• Understanding and knowledge of storage and virtualization technologies
  
• Experience with administrating/maintaining Windows or Linux based environments
  
• Good communication skills - work with globally distributed customers
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive and innovative thinking
  

Preferred:

• Experience in providing support to customers on their live production systems
  
• Experience in working with SAN/vSAN
  
• Experience with administrating/maintaining Hyper-V/VMware systems
  
• Experience in working with Active Directory, DFS, MS SQL Server, MS Exchange Server, Terminal Services or WSUS would be a benefit.
