We kindly invite you to take the position — Corporate Relationship Manager.
Main Requirements:
- University degree.
- Proactive client-oriented approach.
- Experience in dealing with large SME and corporate clients at CEO/CEO level.
- Understanding of financial analysis.
- Be a self-starter and have stamina to have the tasks done.
- Knowledge of English at a level B1 and above.
- Team player, positive attitude.
- Experience in leading a team of 5+ people (if we seek H-o-Sales e.g.).
- Knowledge of leasing products would be a plus.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain existing and build new profitable relationships with the business clients.
- Sell products introduced by the bank and targeted at business clients (loans, deposits, guarantees, salary projects, etc.).
- Do primary “pre-screening” of the new clients – their reputation, business and financials.
- Participate in developing new products for the clients, propose improvements to the Credit Policy.
- Participate in negotiations with the IFIs (like IFC, EBRD, etc.) when needed.
