Main Requirements:

• University degree.
• Work experience in banking with products for legal entities (in development and/or support) more than 3 years.
• Strong analytical skills. 
• SME segments deep understanding in terms of segments, concentration, focuses, demand, pains.
• Knowledge of technical set up.
• Fluent English.

Key responsibilities:

• Market analysis and opportunities /challenges identification.
• Products set design, incl. products range, profitability, pricing, rationale, in line with strategic direction, market opportunities and different clients’ segments.
• Lead the full cycle of products’ creation: development and approval of products’ content, business processes, regulatory documents, testing.  
• On-going monitoring of the products technical performance and setting tasks to relevant departments for improvements and new features implementation.
• Performance & profitability monitoring, change actions plan. 
• Budgeting.
• Data gathering and presentation on a regular basis.
• Reporting setup.
• Alterations execution.
