We kindly invite you to take the position — Debit & Credit products Manager of Retail Division.

Main Requirements:

• University degree.
• Experience of work in cards business (in development and/or support) more than 4 years.
• Knowledge of technical peculiarities of payment cards business.
• Fluent English. 

Key responsibilities:

• Development and improvement of payment cards business and infrastructure of the Bank.
• Official customer agreements update, official forms, and internal procedures maintenance.
• Money transfers development and support.
• Keeping financial reconciliation with the partners.
• Partnership agreements management and support.
• Functional testing conduction and documentation.
• On-going monitoring of the products technical performance and setting tasks to relevant departments for improvements and new features implementation.
• Cards complaints management.
• Monitoring of the legislation base, NBU regulations, IPS concerning payment cards, technologies and ATMs business and timely reacting by amending products, procedures, etc. accordingly inside the Bank.
• Improvement of service level in all service channels by means of collaboration with responsible units.
• Profound knowledge on the payment technologies and integrations with the International Payment Systems and Processing, e.g. 3DS, tokenization, sms-service etc.
• Ability to put a technical request for the relevant card reporting as well as the analytical abilities to read and use the analytical data.
• Deep understanding of the products profitability, financial modelling of card products, ability to build and maintain profit & loss model for a relevant card product.
