Payment Manager (Venture Partnership 6037)

Currently, we are looking for a Payment Manager for the R&D Growth Team. The company is creating a team of A+ players to have a centralized hub for payment expertise and knowledge for the holding. Your main responsibility will be to support Payments Solutions function development. Joining our team means you'll have access to the expertise of our strong growth team, as well as continuous training and consultations with external experts.

R&D Growth Team — business unit focused on finding new substantial growth levers for the projects within the Genesis ecosystem through rapid, data-informed experimentation. Together with C-level executives, we identify new business opportunities and create MVPs to test our hypotheses, bringing together marketing, product, engineering, and analytical expertise.

We look for optimistic, proactive candidates who would not only possess substantial field expertise but would also empower our growth team with their relentless drive to turn their own ideas into actionable hypotheses and then into working business solutions.

What you will do:

• Supporting R&D projects with payment-related questions and payment analytics;
• Supporting and/ or delivering portfolio-wide knowledge-sharing projects in the payments’ domain;
• Identification and analysis of bottlenecks in portfolio-wide payment infrastructure;
• Supporting/ ensuring delivery of ad-hoc requests from projects.

Hard Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in online payments (ideally PSP) or 3+ years of experience in banking/finance/consulting;
• Basic understanding of the payments’ domain;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Financial modelling skills.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills;
• Ability to convey information and thoughts in a structured manner;
• Good presentation and pitching skills.

Would be a plus:

• Previous experience of working and communicating with banks;
• Knowledge of Python or SQL;
• Previous experience of working with product teams.
