DevOps Engineer

The SRE / DevOps team is looking for an engineer who is keen on high-availability systems, monitoring, alerting and load forecasting tools, and automation.

You will have to solve complex and exciting tasks of supporting a high-load project built on a micro-service architecture.

Requirements:

• Understanding of the principles of container-based application design.
• Hands-on experience with GCP.
• Strong knowledge of various monitoring tools (Prometeus, Stackdriver, NewRelic, Nagios, MxToolbox, GrayLog, etc).
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Good knowledge of the networks.
• Experience with modern pipeline based CI/CD tools (GitLab-CI, drone, io, etc.).
• Knowledge of programming languages (golang, Python, node.js).
• *Nix os, bash, sh.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform).
• Configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, etc).

Other desired skills:

• Experience with Cloud monitoring tools.
• Experience with high-load projects.
• Experience of building a load prediction monitoring system.
• Experience with MySQL, RabbitMQ, Memcached, MongoDB, ElasticSearch.
• Knowledge of Cloud architectures.
• Experience in PHP stack (php-fpm > fast-cgi > nginx).
• Practice with mongodb(WiredTiger).
• Practice with mysql.
• Experience with GCP.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up monitoring systems on a high-load project.
• Implementation of a product metrics collection system.
• Streamlining and automating existing processes.
• Working with the team on building a DevOps process using the best and latest solutions.
• Possible involvement in logs analyzing.
