What you should have:
- 1+ year experience in recruiting;
- Experience in IT recruiting;
- Skills in candidate search and selection;
- Ability to manage a full cycle recruiting process;
- Intermediate English.
What you will do:
- You will complete each step of full cycle recruiting;
- Receive job order;
- Write and post job ads;
- Search for candidates (active search, headhunting, using social networks (LinkedIn, Dou, Facebook, etc.);
- Narrow down the results;
- Hold interviews;
- Extend a job offer;
- Place the candidates;
- Perform additional internal HR tasks.
