What you should have: 

• 1+ year experience in recruiting;
• Experience in IT recruiting;
• Skills in candidate search and selection;
• Ability to manage a full cycle recruiting process;
• Intermediate English.

What you will do:

• You will complete each step of full cycle recruiting;
• Receive job order;
• Write and post job ads;
• Search for candidates (active search, headhunting, using social networks (LinkedIn, Dou, Facebook, etc.);
• Narrow down the results;
• Hold interviews;
• Extend a job offer;
• Place the candidates;
• Perform additional internal HR tasks.
