Junior/Middle Employer Brand Specialist

appflame – is a young and fast-growing company. It launches and develops its products in social discovery / social network / dating niches. Our products operate primarily on Tier-1 markets, such as the USA, Great Britain, Canada, and Australia. The speed of project development from the first idea to a ready-to-use product, the absence of bureaucracy, result-oriented work, data-driven development, and decision making are our key advantages. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute employer brand branding events on and offsite;
• Social Media management and support of appflame's profiles;
• Copywriting support of posts/articles in Ukrainian;
• Company's presentation at career fairs, forums and other related events;
• Partnering with main stakeholders to ensure employer branding needs are covered;
• Reporting on the progress of ongoing employer branding projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of employer branding experience or being an active member of students association;
• Proven track record in executing successful employer branding/marketing initiatives;
• Knowledge of social media advertising and Copywriting skills will be a plus;
• Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Initiative with a willingness to bring new ideas to life;
• Fluent Ukrainian language.

• A portfolio that demonstrates the above skills.
