The leading company in the Ukrainian market in the category of household - Ergopack, which is now part of the International Group Sarantis (www.sarantisgroup.com), invites you to take part in the competition for the vacant position of Brand Manager. We are looking for a highly professional and efficient specialist who is ready to solve interesting and challenging tasks set by the company's management. The company guarantees an interesting job in a stably developing large organization.
The purpose of the position: to assist in the development and promotion of brands in the market of Ukraine and CIS countries.
Functional responsibilities:
- Participate in development and implementation of marketing strategies of brands on the markets of Ukraine & CIS countries;
- Adapt global strategies and communication materials to the UA and CIS markets;
- Manage portfolio and pricing;
- Develop, plan and implement brand's marketing activities (ATL and BTL);
- Analyze market information (market research, sales reports), track performance and adjust plans if needed;
- Manage marketing budget;
- Perform continuous analysis of the market and competition;
- Work with internal and external stakeholders (company's staff and management, media agencies, creative/BTL agencies etc.).
Requirements for a candidate:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in international FMCG companies as Junior Brand Manager or Brand Manager;
- innovator with non-standard thinking and fresh ideas;
- fluent in English;
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Team working skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Fast learner;
