Product manager

We are looking for a highly professional and efficient specialist who is ready to solve interesting and challenging tasks set by the company's management. The purpose of the position: development and promotion of product categories (groups) in the market of Ukraine and other countries.

Key Accountabilities:

• The formation a category development strategy;
• Development of assortment and pricing policy for the product category;
• Assortment Management;
• Development and launch of new products;
• Analysis of sales and development of the product category;
• Work with an existing product to optimize cost, improve profit margins, change technical and quality parameters, change prices;
• Continuous interaction with production, procurement services, financial services within the framework of their functional responsibilities.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office;
• At least 3 years' experience in a relevant position in FMCG sector (preferably - a manufacturer - company that has its own trademark, not a distribution company);
• Good command of English language;
• Willingness to travel (1-2 times a month for 1-3 days);
• A high level of organization, ability to work in multitasking, excellent communication and presentation skills, structuredness, result orientation, responsibility, initiative, punctuality, ability to work in limited periods, excellent analytical skills, a systematic approach to solving the set tasks.
